Hello!

I'm Anastasia, a massage therapist in Aberystwyth, West Wales, focusing on Relaxation Massage treatments. With a number of massage therapists in the family, I have been around holistic treatments for most of my life so training in massage myself was a no brainer. I am a big believer in using natural remedies where you can, and think everyone deserves a massage, whether you have aches and pains that need relieving, need help lowering your stress levels, or are overdue for a bit of "me time", I will tailor a massage treatment to you and have you leaving relaxed and de-stressed.

What to Expect

Each massage session will be tailored to what you need at the time and will only ever be what you are comfortable with. It will only be us in the room and will be completely private.

During your first appointment we will carry out an initial consultation. We talk about lifestyle, medical history and anything else I might need to know to give you the best treatment I can. This will usually take about 10-15 minutes. I will walk you through my suggested treatment to make sure you are happy before we proceed. I will leave the room for you to dress & undress in privacy.

 

During the massage, towels, blankets or sheets will be used to maintain your privacy. Please wear whatever makes you comfortable, whether you choose to undress fully or leave your clothing on. Throughout the treatment I encourage you not to be afraid to tell me if you want more or less pressure, supports, or more time on a spot during the massage. This is your treatment.

 

Once the session is over, I will offer some aftercare advice to get the best from your treatment and hopefully you will leave in a relaxed state of bliss!

I specialise in relaxation massage, so my goal is for you to leave your treatment feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated, but massage has a number of benefits for your mind and body.

It also aids in removing toxins, improving your immune function, reducing fluid-retention, increasing range of motion, improving circulation, lowering blood pressure and much more.
